Our company is looking for source code of license plate recognition engine (for vehicule identification). The engine need to be able to acquire image/video from IP camera and produce the plate number as ASCII text. The algorithm must be efficient enough to recognize one vehicle within 1 second with accuracy > 90%. The preferable language is C/C++ and must be ready to compile and run under Linux.
